Design North are pleased to announce they have been shortlisted for the Yorkshire Placemaking Awards 2024, hosted by Insider Media.
Design North’s project The Ripon Inn, has been shortlisted for the ‘Best Use of Heritage in Placemaking Award’. Design North were appointed as Lead Designer to transform the Ripon Inn, a beautiful Edwardian building located in the centre of Ripon, Yorkshire. The hotel has undergone a multi-million-pound refurbishment and now offers 58 bedrooms, 2 bars and a completely renovated outdoor terrace and lawn.
The annual awards ceremony celebrates projects which have contributed to positive change in communities and environments in the past 12 months. Eleven awards will be presented at the dinner on 13th June 2024 in Bradford.
