Design North are pleased to announce that not one, but two of their recent projects have been named in the Guardian’s ’10 of the UKs Best New and Revamped Seaside Hotels’. Featured in the article were The Offshore and The Tynemouth Castle Inn. Both projects are recent refurbs completed for The Inn Collection Group who have hotels across the UK.
The Offshore is located in Lytham, St Annes and is the merging of two hotels to create one exceptional and stylish inn. The Offshore sits directly opposite the seafront, giving a large number of it’s 98 bedrooms incredible sea views. Design North completed the overhaul and redesign earlier this year, transforming the premises.
The Tynemouth Castle Inn in North Tyneside recently opened following a £10million refurbishment, for which Design North were involved. The art deco hotel sits opposite Longsands beach in an iconic location, well known to those from the area.
