Design North are delighted to announce that The Angel Inn, Cumbria, has been voted one of the best hotels to stay in the Lake District. Following a multi-million pound refurbishment, on which Design North lead the interiors transformation, the hotel is now a cosy and elegant venue.
Our repeat client, The Inn Collection Group have worked with us on a number of similar renovation projects, in order to bring their selection of hotels up to a high standard. We were pleased to be chosen yet again for the Angel and created a luxurious but comforting palette with infusions of nature-inspired prints to mirror the spectacular scenery surrounding the hotel.
The Sunday Times describes the rooms at the Angel as “crisp, comfy and well equipped, with a smidge of contemporary style in the painted panel headboards and metro tiles”. We are pleased for the Inn Collection Group and look forward to future collaborations with them.
