Rascals Barber Shop

Design North was approached by Ouseburn-based barbers, Rascals, to create the interior of their flagship shop.

The interior needed to emulate their brand image and show them as modern and unique, standing out against the traditional barber shops. Raw, exposed materials were used to tie in to the industrial heritage of Ouseburn, with a bold graffiti-style mural referencing the arts and culture revolution in and around the area. Plush leather seating provides comfort and luxury against the gritty back drop, with mirrors spanning opposite walls reflecting the space and giving the illusion of infinity.
