We have worked with Karbon Homes in developing a Workplace Strategy for the entire organisation.
This involved staff questionnaires, workshops and a new pilot study in Morpeth, Northumberland. Due to new ways of working being adopted by staff, the office was not being utilised effectively, Design North have changed this.
The space was reduced by two thirds yet still supported the same amount of staff, providing them with spaces for focus and concentration as well as collaboration.
