Claremont House

Located in central Newcastle, we were asked to design luxurious apartments suitable for long-term rent.

The existing building has original features and architectural details which have been preserved and celebrated throughout the design, looking at space planning, design concept and interior finishes. There are three apartment styles throughout, each with their own individual aesthetic.
